Cancellation Policy

Please note - this policy only relates to classes booked directly through www.kathenry.co.uk Please refer to the relevant businesses' cancellation policy for classes booked at Decathlon and Tandridge Leisure Centre. You can reschedule a class up to 3 hours in advance through the "My Bookings" tab in your Members Area. You can do this as many times as you want without any additional fees. You can also cancel your booking up to 3 hours in advance but the system does not provide automatic refunds. I appreciate circumstances may change so please contact me at kathenryzumba@gmail.com if you require a refund.
