Service Description
Our Virtual Classes are streamed via both a Livestream and using ZOOM. If you choose to just view the Livestream, no one can see or hear you participate, but if you want to benefit from a more interactive experience, just use ZOOM and turn on your camera! Cancellation Policy
Please note - this policy only relates to classes booked directly through www.kathenry.co.uk Please refer to the relevant businesses' cancellation policy for classes booked at The Reynolds Retreat and Tandridge Leisure Centre. You can reschedule all classes up to 1 hour before each class starts through the "My Bookings" tab in your Members Area. You can do this as many times as you want without any additional fees. You can also cancel your booking up to 1 hour in advance but the system does not provide automatic refunds. I appreciate circumstances may change so please contact me at kathenryzumba@gmail.com if you require a refund.
